These guys even provided email support on Boxing Day!

Word of warning Regarding online updates to your DSi. DO NOT perform an update with the R4 card in the DSi, it will block the card, thats why I'm buying another of these to replace a v1.4.
If you must update the DSi, I understand from the web that you should perform an update on the R4 card first (from R4 settings menu), remove it, then update the DSi.

i think the R4 card is a really captivating product i have used this lots of times and havnt got fed up with it the.R4 card is something all kids and adults ,who have a nintendo dsi or dsixl
will love all free downloadz included this is a simply amzing product i hope the person who is lucky enough to buy this will really enjoy their R4card.
